Terms and Conditions – 555x Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings:

• "555x" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the platform operating at 555x.im and the company behind it.
• "You" / "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on 555x.
• "Account" means the individual betting and gaming account held in your name on 555x.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your 555x account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sport or any other activity available on 555x.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or matched deposit amount credited to your account as part of an active 555x promotion.
• "Services" means the full suite of betting, gaming and account management features available on the 555x platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency used across all 555x transactions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on 555x, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555x operates a strict minimum-age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You must be the natural person registering — no corporate entities, bots or third-party agents may open accounts on behalf of another individual.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on 555x. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 555x staff member.

555x reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using documents such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your 555x account is your personal responsibility. This means you are fully accountable for everything that happens through your login credentials, regardless of whether it was actually you who placed the bets.

• Keep your password confidential. Do not share it with family members, friends or anyone else. 555x will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. We can temporarily freeze the account while we investigate.
• You are responsible for ensuring all personal details on your account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawals or account verification.
• You must not use another person's payment method to deposit funds into your 555x account. Deposits must come from accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• You accept that all bets placed through your account are binding, even if you claim the login was made in error or by someone else.

If 555x has reason to believe your account has been compromised or used fraudulently, we may suspend access while conducting an investigation. During any investigation, funds in the account may be held temporarily. We will communicate with you throughout this process and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 555x are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept or process any foreign currency. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit, though large deposits may trigger a standard verification check.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits are credited to your 555x balance instantly or within minutes depending on the payment provider.
• 555x does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — those are outside our control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 20 minutes during standard hours. During peak times, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, 555x may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment account being used.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• 555x reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud, match-fixing suspicion or account irregularities are under investigation.

5 Betting Rules

When you place a bet on 555x, the following rules apply in all circumstances:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the 555x system, except where a specific cash-out option is available and you exercise it before the relevant event concludes.
• 555x reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, priced incorrectly due to a technical fault, or affected by obvious system errors.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, standard industry void/refund rules apply. The specific outcome depends on the sport and market in question — full details are available in the sport-specific rules section of our platform.
• Bet limits apply per event and per market. Maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 555x may adjust limits without prior notice based on risk management requirements.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a manifest error by 555x, we will re-settle the bet at the correct odds or result once the error is identified. Both underpayments and overpayments will be corrected accordingly.

In-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations. 555x employs a brief delay between a live event and odds updates. Any bets placed during this delay window that exploit a known outcome — for example, betting on a wicket that has already fallen — will be voided without exception.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

555x offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over before they convert to real withdrawable balance. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Only one active bonus can be applied to a single account at any time. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is a violation of our terms and will result in account action.
• 555x reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active promotional balances already credited will be honoured subject to their original wagering conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, gifted or traded between members.
• If 555x determines that a promotion was claimed through fraudulent means — including the use of VPNs, duplicate accounts or false information — all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

7 Casino, Slots & Poker

The casino, jackpot slots and poker sections of 555x are governed by the same general terms as the sportsbook, with the following additional provisions:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel on 555x. These figures are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment is processed. 555x may take up to 72 hours to validate a large jackpot win. During this window, the winning amount is held securely and will be credited in full upon successful verification.
• In poker games, 555x acts as a platform operator facilitating play between users. 555x takes a rake from applicable poker pots — the rake percentage is displayed in the poker lobby before you join a table.
• Any attempt to use software, bots or other automated tools in casino or poker games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555x. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of your account balance:

• Match-fixing & integrity violations: Placing bets based on information obtained through corrupt or illegal means, including communication with players, coaches or officials involved in an event.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between 555x and other platforms in a coordinated way that constitutes abuse of our promotional or pricing systems.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information or coordinating with others to claim promotional offers in a way that is not intended by 555x.
• Money laundering: Using 555x for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity, to disguise the origin of money.
• Automated betting: Using scripts, bots, APIs or any automated tool to place bets, access markets or interact with the 555x platform without express written permission.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false name, using someone else's CNIC details or pretending to be another person for any purpose on 555x.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing on 555x. Any funds deposited via a disputed transaction will be recovered, and the account closed.

If you are aware of or suspect any prohibited activity — by yourself or another member — please contact our support team immediately. 555x cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving criminal activity.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

555x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term within this agreement
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Evidence of problem gambling behaviour combined with a formal self-exclusion request
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may have their balance forfeited after 24 months of zero activity)

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within 3 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555x shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from bets placed, wagers lost, or funds deposited.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, third-party payment provider issues or force majeure events outside our control.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.

555x is a betting and gaming platform. You participate at your own financial risk. Our liability in any event is limited to the amount you have deposited and not yet wagered at the time of any claim against us.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

555x collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. In summary:

• We collect only the information we need to operate your account, verify your identity and process your transactions.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors or fraud prevention agencies where required by law or our operating licence.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

555x is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable pastime, not a source of financial stress or psychological harm. Our platform includes built-in tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Optional notifications that remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days with one click.
• Self-exclusion: A minimum six-month full exclusion from all 555x services for members who feel they need a more serious break.

13 Amendments to These Terms

555x may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless urgent circumstances require immediate implementation (such as a legal or regulatory obligation).

The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published. Continuing to use 555x after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any update to these terms, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect. Contact our support team to initiate account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws under which 555x holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform should first be directed to our customer support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter informally and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under our operating licence. 555x commits to participating in any such formal process promptly and in good faith.
